what are your hours?

 

We know that our clients have busy lives and work schedules. To accommodate everyone’s needs, we are open 7 days a week and offer evening appointments on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Contact us to learn about scheduling for a special event, such as a wedding or party.

is there any charges for first time consultation?

To understand your concerns, regular 15 minutes consultation is free of cost

How can i schedule my appointment?

 Scheduling is as easy as calling 63415297 . You may also request an appointment by booking through our online appointment booking page, or stopping in at the front desk during business hours. Please note that some of our higher-level stylists may not have available openings for a number of weeks, so plan ahead! We highly recommend scheduling your next appointment at the end of your cut/color/style. 

do you take walk-ins?

 Yes, we happily take walk-ins when there is a stylist available to help you. We encourage you to schedule beforehand, even if you try calling the day of your needed service. 

what if i need to cancel my appointment or if I' m running late?

 

We understand that in our hectic world there are plenty of valid reasons for cancelling an appointment. We ask that you cancel and reschedule as soon as you know that you can’t make it, at least 24 hours beforehand.

Frequent cancellers and no-showers are still welcomed at our salon, but we ask that you either pay for your appointment in advance or use our walk-in service.


 We all run late from time to time. If you are running just a few minutes behind, please give us a quick call to update us on your status. If you are running more than 15 minutes behind, please call us to reschedule your appointment. We care about the quality of our service, your hair, and the customers that have appointments after you–and we don’t want to rush anything.

Do you offer ombre and/or Balayage?

 Yes we do–and many of our stylists specialize in these services. If it’s your time working with a stylist or coming to Zulu Style , we recommend taking advantage of our complimentary consultations. During this quick appointment, we can detail the price, the time the appointment would take, and the expectations of the final result. 

how long does an appointment take?

 The length of your appointment depends on the services you receive, but a basic wash, cut, and style takes around an hour. If you are getting a color treatment or a combination of services, please ask us for an individual time estimate! 

can you help with my wedding or special event?

 Yes we can– we love being involved in your special days and making your memories of them look fabulous! Call us today to discuss your needs and reserve our services 

what if I'm not happy with my hair?

 There might not be anything more disappointing than getting a haircut that, for whatever reason, doesn’t feel good. We are all about open communication and making our clients look their best. Please reach out to us if you aren’t happy with your hair, and we will do our best to make you look your best. 

what if i'm not happy with a product i purchased?

 We carefully select the hair products that we sell, and we stand by them. But if you have an issue with a product or are simply not happy with it, we want to know. We are happy to offer you exchanges or store credit within one week of your purchase if returned  unopened or unused.

what forms of payment do you accept?

 We prefer payment in the form of Nets /Cash/ PayNow / GrabPay or all major credit cards Visa - Master - Amex . Payment is due at the time of service.

What is Keratin Treatment?

 A keratin treatment is a smoothing treatment that seals the hair cuticle with a coating of protein that eliminates frizz, and adds softness and shine. The process can take anywhere between 1 and 3 hours depending on hair type, length, and fullness. your dull and dry hair making them look livelier and

healthier.

Is this a chemical treatment?

No. It is formaldehyde-free, and this treatment is safe for young girls.

How long does it last?

It can last for 3-5 months depending on individual hair texture. It is recommended to use the after-care products to prolong the effect.

Does this treatment straighten the hair?

No. It allows you to keep your curls while reducing the frizz.

What is the duration of this treatment and after how many days can I wash my hair?

It takes approximately 2-3 hours depending on your hair volume and length. You should strictly wash your hair after 2 days.

can i do hair color on same day?

No . we advice our clients to do hair color after 1 week of the treatment.

 So Pure Natural Balance Hair Colour is an exclusive line of professional hair cosmetics for colour, styling and

aromatherapy treatments. It is filled with plant extracts containing natural active ingredients. It contains certified organic essential oils to create a beautiful aromatic experience. It also contains a certified organic Argan Oil for moisture, shine and protection.

Is the colour chemical-free?

Yes. It is extracted from plant, containing only natural active ingredients such as sandalwood, argan oil, coconut oil and jasmine. It is free from Ammonia, Paraben, Sulphate and Artificial Fragrance.

How long does the colour last?

Color can last up to 3 months depending on hair texture. However, your new growth may require a root touch up within a month.

Will the colour make my hair frizzier?

No. In fact the colour will add moisture and shine to your

hair.

Can I choose a lighter colour for my greys?

It is advisable to choose a darker shade to cover the greys.

However, you may check with your stylist for a better advice.

My scalp is sensitive, can I still colour my hair?

Yes, the colour is safe and even suitable for people witheczema and psoriasis.

Highlights

So Pure Highlights involve a lifting process which is a non-bleaching method. It is safe and does not cause any breakage to the hair. It contains bond fusion which aids in

strengthening the hair.

Is lifting involved in highlighting?

Yes , we use a safe method called lifting to lighten your hair.

How light can my highlights go?

It depends on your hair cut down. Stylist will advice accordingly.

Will my hair get frizzier after highlighting?

It depends on individual hair texture as some hair may look frizzier when the hair colour becomes prominent. A protein treatment is advisable after highlighting.

how long does it lasts?

Highlighting is a permanent color. It starts to fade gradually after few months. Fashion colors tend to fade rather quickly.

At what age can I start highlighting?

As young as 15 years of age.
